"delivery is hit or miss sometimes"
i’ve ordered from CanadaVetExpress.com a few times now, and my orders have all shown up, but the shipping time has been unpredictable. one package got here in around 10 days, while another one took more than 3 weeks.
customer service did get back to me when i checked in, so that was nice. i just wish the tracking and shipping updates were a little clearer. not a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

My package arrived looking totally fine, no dents, torn corners, or anything like that. Everything inside was sealed up and packed neatly, so it wasn’t a mess when I opened it.
I’ve had pet meds show up crushed from other places before, so it was nice to see it come this way. It was a basic order, but they packed it well and I really don’t have any complaints

"Seemed legit and worked like it should"
I ordered flea meds from CanadaVetExpress, and I was a little cautious at first. With pet meds, I don’t like taking chances, so I was mainly hoping it was the real product and not something questionable.
When it arrived, I checked the box, seal, leaflet, and expiration date carefully. Everything looked the same as what I’ve gotten from my vet before, and the expiry wasn’t close or anything that made me nervous.
I used it on my dog and it worked just like normal. No weird reaction, no issues, and the fleas were handled, so I feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Customs slowed it down a bit"
I was starting to wonder where my package was because it got held up in customs for a little while. It took longer than I expected, but it did finally arrive, so all good in the end.

"Shipping overseas went about as smoothly as I could’ve hoped"
I ordered heartworm meds to Germany and was a little nervous about customs. The tracking updated after around a few days, and the package showed up in just under 2 weeks. The box was a bit bent, but everything inside was totally fine. Prices were good too, and my dog is sorted now. I’d use them again.

"Worked good for my dog"
I gave these flea pills to my dog and they seemed to work fast. He wasn’t scratching much after a couple days, so I’m taking that as a good sign. I mean, maybe the fleas just left on their own, but I doubt it. Either way, I’m happy with it.

This was my second time ordering, and the product itself was still okay overall. That said, the shipping took longer than expected, which was frustrating. I was hoping for at least some kind of apology or acknowledgment about the delay.

"Found more pet stuff than I thought"
I was looking around for a few things for my dog and cat, and they actually had a lot more listed than I expected. The flea/tick stuff and worming meds were especially easy to find, which was nice because I didn’t really want to keep clicking all over the place. There were a few different brands too, not just the same couple options. Overall, it worked out well for what I needed.

"Coupon worked, but nobody seemed to own the issue"
The discount was decent once it finally went through, but the coupon box kept rejecting the first code for some reason. I had to try a few times before it worked. What was annoying is that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for fixing it or where to go if the code didn’t work, so it felt like I was just guessing until it happened to accept it.

"Got fixed eventually"
I had an issue with my order and had to email them a couple of times, which was really a bit frustrating. They did get back to me and sorted it out in the end, so I appreciate that. Shipping still felt slow though. Not a terrible experience, just really could’ve been a little smoother.

I mean, the prices looked fine, so it’s not like I’m just complaining for no reason. But the site was really slow to load for me, and checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. I had to click around way too much just to find basic stuff, which got annoying.

The only thing was the shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t very clear. Like i said, the order did arrive, but I was a little nervous while waiting.
The prices seemed decent, but I’d still double check what you’re ordering and give yourself extra time. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

I was just trying to place my order, but the payment page kept loading forever and I had to try twice before it finally went through. Not the end of the world, but it was annoying. What bothered me more is that there was no follow-up or anything after, so I was left wondering if the payment even worked at first.

I did get a few updates about my order, which I appreciated, but I still ended up having to follow up myself at one point. They did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but my honest take is that the communication could be clearer and a little more proactive next time.

"Good prices!! Totally worth it..."
I ordered flea meds for my dog, and honestly?? The price was wayyy cheaper than what my local vet charges!! Shipping did take a little bit, but nothing too crazy or annoying. For how much money I saved, I’m happy with it... I’ll probably order again!!!
